If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
You may close your vatvisa account at any time by contacting vatvisa support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
